Frequently Asked Questions
Do Ghost Boxes require Wi-Fi?
No. Ghost Boxes use LTE cellular connectivity, so they can operate at construction sites, equipment yards, storage facilities, parking lots, and other locations without Wi-Fi.
Can I view the cameras from my phone?
Yes. Every plan includes mobile access for live viewing, alerts, playback, and camera control from your phone.
How long is recorded footage stored?
Footage is stored locally on the unit and available for review and download whenever an incident occurs.
Do you offer solar and plug-in systems?
Yes. We install whichever setup fits your site best — solar for remote locations, or a direct plug-in for sites with power access nearby.
What's included in the monthly price?
Your plan covers the hardware, LTE connectivity, AI monitoring, and remote access — no separate equipment purchase or long-term contract required.
Disconnect the Power or Smash the Solar?
Smash the solar, unplug the power — Ghost Boxes still continue to operate because of a backup power supply.
